Mr. Sammis is the driving force behind Solveres powered by R Solution LLC. He has over 10 years experience in owning and managing a commercial real estate firm with 15 full time employees. He has 6 years experience in owning and managing a high level placement agency for executive talent. He was the VP of Revenue for one of the largest Appraisal companies in the country.

Mr. Sammis has clearly been acknowledged as a top network marketer with over 20 years experience, he is a recognized national speaker and trainer in network marketing. Throughout his successful career he has been extremely adept at identifying and recruiting talented individuals. Mr. Sammis oversees the management of the entire Company. He is the visionary who motivates the management team to excellence in every endeavor. He sells the Company to the public and is invaluable in building a strong organization of sales associates.




Micah Buse
Chief Technology Officer

A native to Louisville KY, Micah's entrepreneurial story includes several successful start-up tech companies and even designing high tech, niche market surveillance systems for the government. Micah's last venture, "JIC Nation / Jewelry In Candles", was a multi-million dollar Louisville based company that since opening, manufactured, sold and shipped millions of products nationwide, provided at-home business opportunities to hundreds of thousands of distributors, was voted the #1 direct sales company in the USA and quickly became a household name! Micah contributes this success partially to his highly customized ecommerce platform, built in-house and automating most of the business processes and user interactions.

Micah has appeared on numerous episodes of the Louisville TV show "Dream Funders" offering investment & partner opportunities for Louisville business owners. He’s described as a corporate athlete, a non-traditional executive, and was voted top 10 "direct sales" CEO's worldwide. His passion for chess makes him a creative yet sharp, forward thinker, with an on-the-fly ability to formulate strategies, and he commands a private agency to execute them. Micah is seasoned at developing new products, product launches, sales processes, customer experiences, and marketing strategies. He loves data and quantifying the results of his efforts.




Dusty Staub
VP of Human Systems

Dusty has worked as a consultant, trainer, facilitator and executive coach in human systems excellence for the past 41 years with executives, organizations, families and community groups. He founded Staub Leadership International in 1990 (now EQIQ Leadership.) Dusty has trained and coached executives and teams in creating high performance results. He has pioneered the application of organizational effectiveness and bottom-line business results through an enterprise-wide process of aligning behaviors, Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and leadership practices with business strategy.

Dusty has worked and traveled extensively in Europe and the United States. He is the author of The Heart of Leadership: Twelve Practices of Courageous Leaders, released in an updated, revised edition and The Seven Acts of Courage: Bold Leadership for a Wholehearted Life, also newly released in updated edition. Additional books include: Courage in the Valley of Death and co-author with Wayne Gerber of Dynamic Focus: Creating Significance and Breaking the Spell of Limitation.

Dusty is a fellow in the School of Engineering at Virginia Tech and received his Master of Clinical Social Work in Marital and Family Therapy from UNC Chapel Hill. He has written over 200 articles on topics such as leadership, creativity, customer service, personal mastery, transformational leading, and team effectiveness.

Married for 34 years to Christine, he is the father of 3 adult-children and grandfather to two delightful grandchildren.




Bruce Davis
VP of Insurance

After graduating with degrees in Psychology and Sociology, Bruce began his professional career in the Insurance Industry in 1988. He is proficient in Group and Individual Products, and has specialized in Medicare and the Senior Market since 2007. Due to the complexity of these products, Bruce performs hundreds of hours of Continuing Education every year. Bruce also conducts multiple educational events throughout the year, to help alleviate the confusion surrounding these products and services.

Bruce also participates in many Senior organizations such as, The Independent Council on Aging, the Geriatric Social Workers Association and the Juniper Network. With a heart for service, Bruce can always be found at a food pantry, helping immigrants and refugees or some other charitable function. Bruce resides in Fairview, PA with his daughter Aeryn.

Marissa Hughes is an online/offline business entrepreneur. She has over 10 years of experience in the Health and Wellness Industry and has been using social media for relationship marketing. Marissa is very passionate about using social media to create a presence for businesses. Marissa uses multiple social media accounts as well as having a blog or website using Google business site and posts on LinkedIn, Facebook pages/groups, Pinterest, Instagram, and YouTube Channel to share and market products and services.

Marissa likes to travel (She has been using Solveres Travel Solutions) and has been traveling the world for many years, she has lived in multiple countries like the Philippines where she grew up in Butuan City. She lived in Wellington & Richmond Nelson New Zealand. She lived in Seoul, South Korea for 3 years and in Tokyo, Japan for 12 years. Marissa currently resides in Erie, Pennsylvania USA.

Marissa loves to help families in the Philippines. She sends boxes of goodies every month and helps nephews and nieces with their school tuition fees. She is a true believer in giving back and sharing the wealth. "We rise by lifting others. There's no sell in serve.".




Steve Mukensnabl
VP of Business Development

After serving in the military, Steve returned home to the Pacific Northwest and began a career in Real Estate Sales and Property Management and within a few years opened his own brokerage. Steve continued in real estate sales and managed his own portfolio of real estate investments for over 20 years. However, during that time he nurtured his other passion which was training and teaching martial arts, a skill he picked up while stationed in South Korea. That passion eventually grew into a business with multiple locations, a team of instructors and hundreds of students over the course of 20 years. Fitness being a large part of the curriculum, Steve expanded his knowledge by earning high level fitness training credentials and began working with elite level athletes in a variety of sports with National level competitors in multiple countries as well as USA World Champ. It was through these experiences that Steve began to develop a holistic approach to not only training martial artists and athletes, but to his business as well. This laid the groundwork for what is now "Pono Corp" and it's multi-faceted approach to business and personal development.

As co-Founder of the Pono Enterprises, Steve now spends most of his time helping course creators and business owners implement strategies and tactics to radically increase their revenues and create a livelihood and lifestyle that matches their individual goals and aspirations. Steve continues to support the military by "donating" his two sons to the Oregon Air National Guard and along with his two partners, Rick Ely and Dusty Staub, they provide scholarships for veterans to train and build their own businesses in a variety of industries through their Veterans Independence Project.




Beau Weidman
VP of Real Estate Development

Mr. Weidman has extensive experience in the Real Estate Industry including Property Development, Property Management, and Sales in both Residential and Commercial. He founded his own company expanding it to 4 branches with 150 Associates. Mr. Weidman became one of the Nations Highest Designated Real Estate Brokers earning 13 Credentials including CCIM (Highest Commercial Designation); CRB (Highest Designation for Brokerage Managers); CRS (Highest Residential Designation); and CSP (Highest Sales Designation for New Construction).

Mr. Weidman was the President of the Clark County Association of Realtors and also served as President of the local Multiple Listing Service helping organize the merger with the Regional MLS now known as RMLS. He was a National Speaker Honored with, “Recruiter of the Year” for the Acquisition of 450 Licensed Real Estate Agents and Brokers. Mr. Weidman also achieved Chairman’s Club and Life Time Achievement with over $3 Million in earnings with RE/MAX.

Mr. Weidman has extensive experience of success building teams in Network Marketing with Rexall, ACN, and assisting the development of Real Estate Brokerages on the Networking Principal.




Jeff Stafford

Mr. Stafford is an entrepreneur who has been involved in the design, development and deployment of custom websites, software systems and network security for over 20 years. His ability to listen, comprehend the vision and deliver results sets him apart from others in his field. Over the course of his career, Jeff has worked with hundreds of clients representing a wide variety of industries, enabling him to develop a broad base of knowledge in the technology sector. He has worked with every size business from small start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, building successful teams that consistently deliver world class technology solutions.

Mr. Stafford has served clients in various roles including Senior Developer & Architect, Chief Engineer, IT Director, Project Manager and Consultant. He has developed software systems used by the Department of Defense and has donated his time to assist with technology needs for Central American mission organizations.

Mr. Stafford brings two decades of experience and expertise to every solution he delivers, while displaying a dedication and commitment reflective of his passion to use technology for the betterment of our society.
