While we try to acquire properties with no more than $100-$500 out of pocket, you may need a few thousand dollars in reserves to cover your property payment until a tenant comes in. Or maybe the property needs significant renovation. Keith is also CEO of the sister company The Agile Group which is expanding its capital base to a target of $100 Million. We'll provide the capital to help close your deals, assuming the property meets The Agile Group guidelines. We need to keep our capital in motion so let's work together.

Real estate investing is about patience and persistence. Sure some have been fortunate to lock up a property in 1 day or 1 week, but don't set that as your expectation. Expect to learn a process that you can repeat, identifying opportunity after opportunity and an acquisition will come in due time. Then repeat and build your wealth.
